I've always been curious about how technology works, but what interests me most is what can be built with it.
I started in IT by learning how systems, software, and infrastructure work, and gradually moved deeper into software development and building my own projects. Over time, my focus shifted from simply learning technologies to understanding how they can be used to solve real problems.
That naturally led me toward product thinking and entrepreneurship. Today, I enjoy taking an idea from a problem I've observed, understanding the people behind it, and figuring out how technology can turn it into something useful.

I started Revlens after seeing firsthand how much valuable information hospitality businesses receive from their guests, and how difficult it can be to actually make sense of it.
Reviews, ratings, and guest feedback are spread across different platforms, often leaving operators to manually go through individual comments to understand what guests are saying and where improvements can be made. I saw an opportunity to use technology to make that process smarter.
With Revlens, I'm exploring how data, analytics, and AI can bring this information together and turn it into clearer, actionable insights, helping hospitality operators understand recurring themes, guest sentiment, and the issues that matter most.
